You must include all parts, pieces, printed material and original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund and/or exchange. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of SkinDirect.com.
Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders where the original item(s) were
damaged and/or defective and a refund is requested. We are not responsible for
return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that
you insure your return package and choose a method to track its delivery.
You will be provided with our return address once, and if, your return or exchange is authorized. Please allow approximately 5 business days for us to process the return or exchange once received by us.
